How coaching + support actually works
Coaching is not the same thing as support. You need both. The sessions create *big shifts*…the support prevents you from losing ground when the nervous system flips.
Sessions = epiphanies + strategy
Sessions are for the “aha moments” that change your entire framework: pattern recognition, root cause clarity, identity stabilization, relationship repair strategy, and direct accountability.
