Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of sensitivestability.com (the "Site") and any services, coaching, digital content, and related offerings provided by Sensitive Stability ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Site or purchasing any offering, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Site or purchase offerings, or have the consent of a parent/guardian.

2. Not medical care ... no diagnosis ... no emergency services

Sensitive Stability provides education and coaching. We are not providing medical care, psychotherapy, or clinical treatment through this Site. Nothing on this Site is a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

  • If you are in crisis or believe you may harm yourself or others, call emergency services immediately.
  • If you are experiencing severe symptoms, contact a licensed medical or mental health provider.
  • Do not ignore medical advice because of something you read on this Site.

3. No guarantees ... results vary

We do not guarantee outcomes. Any examples of progress are illustrative and are not promises of results. Your results depend on many factors outside our control.

4. Programs, coaching, and digital content

When you purchase a coaching program, session package, membership, or digital content, you receive access to the specific materials described at purchase. We may update or improve content over time. Access rules may vary by product.

5. Text support and response times

If your offering includes text support, it is not an emergency service. Response times vary. We make reasonable efforts to respond, but we do not guarantee immediate responses.

6. Payments, renewals, and billing

You authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge the payment method you provide for all purchases and applicable taxes. If your purchase is a subscription, it may renew automatically unless canceled according to the purchase flow or instructions provided.

7. Refunds and cancellation policy

Coaching ... no refunds

All coaching purchases are final. No refunds, chargebacks, or partial credits are provided for coaching services, coaching programs, digital access, sessions, or any coaching-related offering.

You understand that results require effort and implementation, and that dissatisfaction with progress does not create a basis for a refund.

BPD Apothecary supplements ... 30-day return refund

For BPD Apothecary supplement orders (when sold through our systems), we offer a 30-day refund from delivery date, less shipping costs, no questions asked, if you return the empty bottle(s) from the order.

  • Refunds apply to the product price only ... shipping costs are not refunded.
  • Return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
  • We reserve the right to refuse refunds for suspected abuse or fraud.

8. Supplements disclaimer (BPD Apothecary)

Any supplements referenced or sold are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Statements about supplements have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any supplement, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medications, or have a medical condition.

9. User conduct

You agree not to misuse the Site, harass anyone, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt service, scrape content at scale, or use the Site for unlawful purposes. We may restrict or terminate access for violations.

10. Accounts and access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.

11. Intellectual property

All Site content, including text, branding, program materials, videos, and frameworks, is owned by Sensitive Stability or licensed to us. You receive a limited, non-transferable license for personal use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, publish, or create derivative works without our written permission.

12. Termination ... right to refuse service

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you violated these Terms, misused support channels, engaged in abusive behavior, attempted fraud/chargebacks, or created safety risk. Termination may occur without refund.

13. Limited liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sensitive Stability and its operators, contractors, and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site or offerings.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Site or offerings will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific product or service that gave rise to the claim during the three (3) months before the event.

14. Assumption of risk

You acknowledge that behavior change, relationship work, and emotional growth involve uncertainty and personal responsibility. You assume all risks associated with implementing advice, strategies, or frameworks presented on the Site.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sensitive Stability from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the Site, violation of these Terms, or violation of any law or rights of a third party.

16. Dispute resolution ... arbitration in Virginia

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or any offering will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by a neutral third-party arbitrator in the Commonwealth of Virginia, unless prohibited by law.

  • You and Sensitive Stability waive the right to a jury trial.
  • You and Sensitive Stability agree to bring claims only on an individual basis, and not as a class or representative action.
  • If a court is required to enforce arbitration or issue injunctive relief, venue will be in Virginia.

17. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

18. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
